Our Predictive Dialler has the capacity to send and receive SMS & Email communication based on campaigns and pre made templates. We also have provisions for running large SMS. and Email campaigns through the platform with full reporting.
Full campaign management and analysis is a standard feature which gives you the ability to create campaigns, assign users and assign inbound queues to multiple campaigns. Our solution also includes detailed call, campaign, user and full organisational management.
The dialler is compatible with the majority of the leading SIP based softphones, including but not limited to; Eyebeam, VoIP Talk and 3CX Software. The dialler is also able to process calls using the G729 and G711 Codecs.
Our dialler also has full PBX functionality including all the enterprise grade features you would come to expect from a leading telephony service. Some of the features include; call recording, reporting, huntgroup and inbound call management.
Changes made within the system can only be authorised by a unique IP address. Every change is also logged into the system by IP address, time and the user that made these changes.
Our Predictive Dialler will detect answer machines before the call is transferred to an agent and will then disposition the call as an answer machine. Data recycling rules can be set to call these back at a later time.
