When we do the initial set up with you we will give you a free half day training session about every aspect of the predictive dialler and we will walk you through different scenarios and explain precisely how it all works.

After the set up we know you will still have questions and once you are fully up and running there are bound to be things that crop up that you’re unsure of and need some advice on. Our after sales service is second to none and we will be there to answer all your questions. To support you with the set up we will also provide you with easy to follow manuals and guides that show you exactly what you have to do.

Remote/Onsite Training

At Primo Dialler we offer training on all of our products and we can either do this remotely or at your premises. If you need us for any additional training then you can book one of our support technicians for the day and they will visit you onsite to assist you with what you need.
